I spent years climbing the corporate ladder as a senior leader at Boeing; on paper, everything looked perfect. But inside, I felt disconnected, exhausted, and far from who I truly was.
My healing began when I stopped chasing balance from the outside and started aligning with the intelligence within - my body, my heart, and my mind.
Now, I help spiritually and holistically minded women do the same using the principles of quantum biology, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and gut healing to create real, lasting transformation.

"When I first started with Antoinette's HeartMathtm program my readings were off the chart bad. I needed to do something to help me with my stress and anxiety. I had been in survival mode for so long I had become numb to it. It wasn’t until we sat down and looked at my chart that I realized I needed help.
