Antoinette Engelke is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with over 25 years of experience empowering spiritually and holistically-minded individuals to reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. With a bachelors degree in Holilstic Health Sciences from Quantum University, certifications in Reiki, herbalism, HeartMathTM, neurofeedback, biofeedback, and mindfulness Antoinette brings a deep understanding of how the mind, heart, and body work together to create lasting healing.
As the founder of Soaring to Source, she combines quantum biology, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, nutrition and energy medicine to guide clients into deeper alignment. Her beloved horse, Lilly, plays a powerful role in her work—partnering with Antoinette to help clients regulate their nervous systems and experience heart-centered transformation in the presence of equine wisdom.
Mona Merrick is a Certified Pilates and Yoga instructor and Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach specializing in functional nutrition and mental resiliency. She combines her holistic experience of living in Europe for 13 years with her education in functional nutrition and functional movement, to empower health-minded people to create a whole person approach to wellness.
Mona believes your gut is at the base of your health both internally and externally. The stomach muscles, known as the core in Pilates, provides the foundation of all movement and stability in the body. The health of the gut internally effects many functions of the body: immune system, mental well-being, hormones, detoxification, nervous system, energy production, as well as digestion and absorption. To integrate the whole person, in her practice, she combines functional lab testing, gut transformation coaching, lifestyle coaching, mental fitness coaching, and Pilates instruction.
